  8. Confidential Salary Management:

    • To ensure fairness, confidentiality, and prevent workplace gossip, we have a dedicated internal team responsible for handling payments and salaries. This team ensures that all payment-related information is managed with the utmost discretion, providing no more and no less information than necessary. This approach helps maintain a respectful and professional work environment, free from unnecessary distractions.

  9. Non-Poaching, Non-Compete, and Non-Disclosure Agreements:

    • Non-Poaching Policy: We enforce a strict non-poaching policy to protect the integrity of our business relationships, the hard work we have done for many years, and the security of our workforce, along with a no insinuation policy. Team members are prohibited from soliciting or encouraging colleagues to leave the company to join competing organizations, and VA staff are also prohibited from joining clients directly. A $10,000 fine will be issued to any VA staff who violate this policy, along with immediate termination.

    • Non-Compete Agreement: To safeguard our business interests, our team members are required to agree to non-compete clauses that prevent them from engaging in activities that directly compete with our services during and after their tenure with VA SUCCESS ACADEMY ORG, within a defined geographical area and time frame.

    • Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): We uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and require all team members to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. This ensures that all proprietary and sensitive information, including client data and business practices, remains confidential and is not disclosed to unauthorized parties.

  10. Ethical Standards and Integrity:

    • We uphold the highest ethical standards in all our business practices. Our team members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, honesty, and professionalism in every interaction, both within the company and with our clients.
