VA Success Academy Org (VASA) provides Virtual Assistant Staffing, Digital Marketing Automation Setup, and Consultation Services to clients worldwide — primarily in the United States, Canada, Philippines, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Our services include:

• Recruitment, training, and management of virtual assistants (VAs)

• AI-powered workflow and marketing automation setup

• Business system and process consultation

2. Payments and Fees

Payments for services must be made according to agreed terms.
We currently accept bank wire transfers, Wise, and Western Union as our primary payment methods.

All invoices must be paid in full prior to service delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Confidentiality

We respect all client information shared with us during and after engagement.
Any sensitive business data, materials, or credentials will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering our services.

4. Non-Solicitation and Hiring Restriction

By engaging our services, you agree not to directly hire, contract, or offer employment to any VA Success Academy Org (VASA) virtual staff (active or former) introduced to you by us — without our written consent.

If a client is found to have directly hired or solicited a VA outside of VASA, a penalty fee of USD $10,000 will be immediately due and payable.
This policy protects our training investment, our staff’s welfare, and the integrity of our client partnerships.

5. Refund Policy

Because our services involve time, training, and setup costs, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to correct any service issues within the agreed scope of work.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results from using our services.
VA Success Academy Org (VASA) will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, templates, or digital assets created by VASA remain our intellectual property unless otherwise transferred through a written agreement.

Clients may use these materials solely for their business purposes and may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce them without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.
